The Story

I partnered with Fanatics to build Topps Ripped from the ground up — a brand‑new collector resource designed to become the definitive hub for the trading‑card community. Starting at the strategic level, I helped shape the brand’s positioning, voice, and visual identity, ensuring it felt both insider‑authentic and broadly accessible. From there, I developed the full branding and design system, creating a look and feel that could scale across web, social, video, and editorial content.

Once the brand foundation was set, I led the web development effort, building a modern, high‑performance platform that could support deep educational content, dynamic media, and ongoing feature expansion. I also produced a wide range of content and video assets — from explainers to product spotlights — giving the site a rich, multimedia storytelling layer. Every piece was crafted to serve both newcomers and seasoned collectors, reinforcing Ripped as a trusted, expert‑driven destination.

Beyond launch, I provided continuous content and development support, maintaining the platform, expanding features, and producing social‑ready assets that kept the brand active and relevant. The result is a comprehensive, always‑evolving hub with everything a collector would want to know — from terminology and history to strategy, product news, and hobby culture. Topps Ripped stands as a fully realized ecosystem, built end‑to‑end to elevate and energize the card‑collecting community.

I collaborated with Andela’s internal teams to reinvent the Andela web experience, implement a robust content strategy, and create a steady stream of marketing assets that speak to both core audiences. The result was a new 100+ page WordPress site populated with engaging, relevant content, and a suite of complementary content marketing materials delivered on a steady basis.
