For the Fanatics Flagship Store in London, I developed an immersive touch‑interface kiosk experience designed to bring the excitement of collecting directly into the retail environment. The goal was to create an intuitive, high‑engagement interface that shoppers could explore in‑store, blending product discovery with interactive storytelling. I designed the UX specifically for a retail context — fast, tactile, visually bold, and optimized for quick interactions in a busy physical space.

A core component of the kiosk was a library of interactive educational videos that helped customers understand the history, rarity, and significance of different collectibles. I built the video system to feel fluid and responsive, allowing users to tap into deeper layers of content without ever feeling lost or overwhelmed. This transformed the kiosk into more than a display — it became an on‑demand learning tool that elevated the in‑store experience.
To keep the experience fresh and relevant, I engineered a backend system that pulls news and release information from multiple websites via REST APIs. The kiosk automatically aggregates and formats this data, serving up real‑time updates about upcoming drops, product launches, and hobby news. This dynamic content layer ensured that the kiosk always felt alive and up‑to‑date, giving collectors a reason to return and explore what’s new. By combining thoughtful UX, interactive media, and live data integration, I helped create a flagship‑worthy digital experience that deepened engagement right on the store floor.
