The Beet Retreat is one of the advertising industry’s most talked about gatherings of high-level media executives. Over the course of the three days, the Retreat features a mixture of closed-door fireside chats, curated panels, and breakout discussions seeded by questions from both speakers and attendees.

The Story
I led the full visual and digital execution for the Beet Retreat, translating the event’s identity into a cohesive, high‑impact experience across every touchpoint. My first focus was motion and screen presence: I designed all video graphics used throughout the program, building a system of animated elements that reinforced the brand while staying flexible enough to support a wide range of speakers and content formats. These graphics became the backbone of the event’s visual language, ensuring consistency whether attendees were watching on‑site or through streamed segments.
On the digital side, I built the online event registration flow from the ground up, prioritizing clarity, speed, and a frictionless user experience. This included designing the interface, configuring the backend logic, and integrating confirmation, reminder, and data‑capture components. I also produced a suite of web advertising banners that extended the event’s reach across partner sites and social placements. These assets were optimized for performance and delivered in multiple formats to support a wide media plan.

To complete the experience, I created all event materials — from large‑format stage backdrops to attendee badges, signage systems, and supporting collateral. My goal was to make the event feel polished, intentional, and unified, no matter where someone encountered it. By owning both the digital and physical design layers, I ensured the Beet Retreat had a seamless, professional presence that elevated the brand and contributed directly to the event’s success.
