Andela is an engineering-as-a-service business that helps companies build remote teams quickly and cost-effectively. Andela aims to end the global tech shortage by connecting talent to opportunities with AI-driven matching tools.

The Story

Before our collaboration, the Andela team had rebranded parts of their platform, making their overall branding inconsistent. I worked with to rebuild their website—modernizing it in congruence with their update—and to help redesign marketing assets, maximize their resources, and enhance their content strategy.

Andela struggled with a common branding challenge: their product serves both developers and customers, two primary but very different audiences. They needed a creative partner who could help them reinvent their website and deliver content in a strong and consistent voice that resonated with their core audience segments. A website that served as a powerful showcase for their strengths—AI-powered matching technology, access to a deep global talent pool, and rigorous standards—but was easy to navigate and accessible to all.

I collaborated with Andela’s internal teams to reinvent the Andela web experience, implement a robust content strategy, and create a steady stream of marketing assets that speak to both core audiences. The result was a new 100+ page WordPress site populated with engaging, relevant content, and a suite of complementary content marketing materials delivered on a steady basis.
